plug it in, click on the little wireless icon on the bottom right hand side of your screen, select your network, double click (enter password or key if needed) and your done :)

Here is the thorough answer:
Ok first you need a wireless router. My suggestion is to get a linksys wireless router because they have excelent customer service. After you get the router what you do is you connect the router and your modem with an ethernet cable. Then what you do is get a linksys wirless adapter (Either pci or usb, and if you need one that uses your RJ-45 port then ask me about it via e-mail). The cheapest way to do this is the pci card. Now what you do is open your case (make sure everything is disconnected from the case) and install the pci card in a pci slot. then close your case, and connect everything back to the case and start up your computer again. Then put in the cd that comes with the pci card and set it up for your network. Then test to see if you can go online. and your done.

You may need to install software. You can get a cd with the card or from a coffee shop, if you borrowed the card from there.
