Natural Cholesterol Guide?

See a naturopathic physician whose specialty centers on this. There are indeed plants that address such condition. Plants (or Herbs) are God's medicines, whose energies and thereby chemical signatures address and resonate with those selfsame energies and frequencies of various organisms. The human being is one such organism. Plants and animals are genetic siblings, they did evolve in great measure together... The key distinction that one must make as regards a fit herb can only truly be known by coming to know what herb works for 'you' because an herb that works for one person may not carry for another. Thus, nature has provided many alternative plants whose chemistries are similar but not exact as another plant, and which do not resonate with the same efficacy for all bodies. Moreover, more than one herb alone may be required to address a given medical condition and in fact may require that the patient use several herbs in differing ratios, all working in tandem. See?

Cholesterol is actually called a "Lippo Protein". It is made naturally by your liver and stored in your skin. this keeps your skin soft. When cholesterol is hit by sunlight it changes to Vitamin D which makes you feel strong.
think of it as glue that carries nutrients through out the body. there are 3 types of cholesterol low, medium, and high density Lippo Protiens (LDL, MDL, HDL). the low density falls apart and sticks to your veins. Medium doesnt help or hurt, but the body creates equal amounts of LDL as the amount of MDL that is introduced into the body. HDL actually scrapes the veins clean.
OK enough with the science lesson
HDL is found in oatmeal, and egg whites. your best source is egg whites.
