Justice is always a prerequisite of peace; without it you eventually end up with terrorism.
It is not to be confused with law and order.
There are many unjust laws and the people who keep order are often criminals.
Freedom is necessary for a happy life but it must always be used responsibly and with regard for the needs of other people.
