No, he is not gay. He had a girlfriend named Olivia. If you have their Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge album, he quoted "take care of Olivia when i'm on the road." I don't think they are together anymore, i'm not sure if he has a girlfriend at the moment. I Love MCR!
