Neither. They're both spoiled, bratty, b*tchy, wh0res.
*Don't forget some of the other Hollywood wh0res out there, too... such as Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Ritchie, and some others, too. These are the STUPID brats.
Some of the more intelligent (but stupid, still...) Hollywood brats include Eva Longoria, ANY of the Baldwins, ANY of the Osbournes (except Ozzy... he's not an assh0le), EVERYONE in the Gotti family (except good ol' John, Sr. Though he's deceased, he wouldn't put up with his sons' bullsh!t.), and a ton of child actors (mainly Disney-based). I've noticed that most brats get their start from Disney: Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff, Britney Spears (even though she's pretty hick now, lmaoo...), and some others.
But going back to the original answer: neither. They're both stupid, selfish, bratty, b!tchy, wh0res!! Paris Hilton looks drop-dead ugly, while Hilary comes close, but is a little prettier. Unfortunately, either one would be hot if they had more brain and less gaping vagina (I suppose Paris Hilton assumes her body should be as vacant as her hotels! Oh, the mirth! :-p).

Assuming you mean Paris Hilton and Hillary Duff. I don't think of either as pretty, their looks are too harsh to be pretty.
