sorry if the question puzzled you-- i need another cd key cuz the one that i have currently doesn't work on b.net. so i was just wondering if i can save the time it takes to install and just change the key itself.

Once you download the game, you are free to play the campaign mode, multiplayer mode or even create your own match against bots. The campaign is divided into 29 playable missions, but you can only play 26 of them in a single playthrough.

Why would you need to? You only use the CD-key when installing the game or when making an online account.
Besides, uninstalling and reinstalling will take maybe 30 minutes tops, and you can do other things during the reinstallation.

that makes no sense, you dont use the key for anything but installation.
