why am I getin all these bumps on my arms and chest?

I've had 5 of these bumps cut out in toh last 20 years b ut they keep comming back

Do you have a dog? Maybe you have fleas.

You need to be a little more specific on what these "bumps" look or feel like. If they are small and red they could be ingrown hairs or calcium deposits,...if they are on the back of your arms they are calcium deposits.
