For one, it's not true that the baby will keep the same skin color (maybe, for white families). Basically, my whole family is mixed. I'm creole from new orleans. The black race as a whole is very mixed, therefore all sorts of things like that happens. Many times the baby is light-skin at birth, then gets darker as he/ she gets older. The hair changes, as well. Black balls can be an indicator the baby will get darker. There are other signs, as well. The ears or finger tips being darker than the rest of the body is an indicator. Therefore, she can be for the black man. With mixed babies, the baby can come out looking white, latino, an african, so forth. Blacks are mixed with a lot of stuff, as well. There are features from way back in the tree that may show up. Whites seem to not know this, b/c white children tend to stay white :) White people seem very ignorant when it comes to other races. Hmmm, I wonder why.

I don't know anything about the black balls, you should ask the doctor, but if the black man is the father, the baby's skin may get darker as a day or so goes by, but since the mom is white, if the baby has a light skin color, it doesn't necesarily mean that the white guy is the father for sure. The baby could've gotten his mother's skin tone.
And all newborns look kinda...squished, for lack of a better word, so you really won't be able to tell certain features for sure yet.
You'll almost certainly want to do a paternity test. Call the Maury show, they'll help you!

he could have picked this up from his ancestry, you mentioned both parents have some native american ancestors. but not all white males have fair genitals. like nipples, not all white females have fair nipples, some have darker nipples. my fiance's parents are both fair skin, the dad has german, french, etc heritage...and his mom also has german and some other stuff including native american. as a baby his skin was a lot darker. he's pretty fair now but can tan easily. in pictures he looks like he had a dark tan, while his sister's baby pictures she was always light. his family pictures always look like he was adopted...and if it wasnt for the facial features that resemble a lot like the mom and some of the dad you probably would think that he was someone else's baby. you just never know what random gene you may pick up.

If it's black, it's the black guy's baby. If it's white, it could be either. You can prove that the baby is the black guy's, but not the white guy's for certain. It would be easier if the mother was Asian.

Race is not decided by what color the scrotum is. Usually the scrotum is darker than the rest of the body.
A mixed or black baby can be born appearing white or light skinned. It would be a recessive gene, but it happens.
DNA testing is the only sure way to find out.

It can take a couple of days for a baby's true pigment to come in, but I think you'll probably be able to tell at the birth.

It means the black pigments goes on strike. They did not get their progressive payment. They stop after finishing with the balls.
There is only one dad who has some black power in him. Don't sweat over small stuffs like this. Be proud of it. Don't worry be happy.
