1. Marc Bulger- as long as he can stay healthy he is a top QB. He has great weapons in Holt, Bruce, and Curtis. Stephen Jackson will also grab alot of catches from him and help create a balanced offense which will allow Bulger to return to the pro bowl. He should stay healthy this year because they have a new coach who brought in a new blocking scheme where the QB wont be forced to take as many hits.

2. Jake Delhome- Should have another pro bowl year. Stev e Smith will help get Delhome touchdowns and yards and the addition of Keyshawn Johnson will help Delhome distribute the ball around giving him a higher compeltion precentage which leads to more yards and TD's.

3. Dante Culpepper- I was really impressed watching him practice and I beleive he is healthy. Him and Chris Chambers shoudld mesh imeadiatly and I expect them to be a combo similiar to the combo with him and Moss back with the Vikings. He also has a great Tight End in McMicheal who will give him a threat in the middle of the feild which is something he never had in Minnsota.

4. Eli Manning- Will still make mistake with interceptions but will also make many big plays. His weapons are great. Plaxico Burress, Jeremy Shockey, Amani Toomer, Sinorice Moss, and Tiki Barber out of the backfield. He should throw alot of TD's this year but he is in a tough Division and has a tough schedule.

5. Trent Green- Dont expect the KC offenseto be as amazing as they usually are. The loss of Willie Roaf forces Tony Gonzalez to become more of a blocker than a reciever and would elimiate Green's favorite receiving threat. KC is also commited to running with Larry Johnson for over 2000 yards. Also, Priest Holmes is unlikely to play which takes away Green's second favorite receiver.

6. Michael Vick- I expect him to be much better this year. He worked hard in the offseason and has really grasped the system. I expect him to become a more accurate passer and have the TD numbers go up. You can also expect 750-1000 rushing yards from him. However, with Vick there is always the chance for a season ending injury to happen at any time.

7. Roethlesburger has fallen to the bottom of this list. He is never a real good fantasy QB and he wont really be much better this year. The Steeler offense has always been run dominated and I expect them to run more this year. He also donst have much weapons rather than Ward and Miller. They have lost Randel el, Bettis, and some offensive linemen. Willie Parker is not much of a receiver either. It has nothing to do with his injury but he always seem to miss games. He recently hurt his thumb again in preseason and that is not a good sign.

Bulger- He has the best weapons
Eli- I think he will take another step forward this year
Delhomme- potentially #1 but too inconsistant
Green- Solid but not enough weapons and they run too much
Culpepper- ? with new and new offense could take him 1/2 season to get into the swing of things
Rothlisberger- Doesnt throw enough
Vick- Dont waste your pick

What I would do if I were you is wait on a QB you will be able to get one of these guys later and if this is all thats left. You still should have a good amount of RB's and good WR's out there.

Bulger, Daunte and Jake are a close 3, Manning and Green are about the same, I dont really like Vick or Big Ben fantasy wise. I personally would go with Bulger

its the second round. you need to take another running back or a top wide out. most of those qbs will be there in the later rounds.
