If one punitive measure could deter their scant neurons from sputtering forth a reflex to spit gum as a dog would empty its bowels, that would be a wiring shut of the jaws, inverted suspension and finally an oral application of concentrated Crown of Thorns (Euphorbia milii splendens) extract into the cheek, between the teeth, via syringe, .
All I can say is...that'll be the last thing that goes into their clamped mouth!

i can think of a lot of habits that are worse. people who smoke pot should die in that manner.... oh wait if we do that everyone on the planet will be dead except for me.
