brush your teeth and wear deodorant (even if it's at Berkeley). Listen to and answer the questions they ask, not just whatever you want to tell them (amazing how many interviewees just work their own agenda).

Maintain Eye contact, back str8, eye leveled, show a good sense of humor. Dont ever fold ur hand, keep them str8 outwardly on d desk. no danglin earring, or extravagant jewelries. Match ur clothes with secondary brite color, and also accesorize (a lil bit.) No panty line showin, maintain composure, shake hands firmly, seat only when offered a chair. Clear and loud voice, not shoutin or intimidating. Ask at least 4 question dat will sure give a feedback. 1st question is How do u do 2day? how condusive is d workin environment 4 u, dat would motivate just abt ne qualified person to work here? Also, ask abt d payscale. Do not drag abt d pay. Also, let d interviewer ask b4 u interupt. After, d interview. Complemet d interviewer on such a great perfomance, like thank u 4 sparing the time to interview me, and its been a pleasure talking 2 u 2day. Then proceed 2 d door, b4 d interviewer. trust me it works. It got me my current job @ spysoft link.. Well have a good interview

For this position, your personality means a lot, so be very confident. Even if you aren't feeling confident, you must make eye contact throughout. And research the company--in this case, the university. The more you know about the company, the more impressed they will be. And dress professionally. You probably think that's a stupid suggestion, but you wouldn't believe the outfits I see people wearing for interviews. They don't get the job. Even if you aren't going to dress very conservatively once you get the position, for the interview, conservative is better--for this job, anyway. But knowing the company and making eye contact is key.

Make sure you eat something before the interview but make sure it is lite yet filling. Don't drink too much liquids before hand also. And above all just be yourself and don't think of it as an interview just for you but you are interviewing them as well.

Did you do your homework researching the college,etc.? That will help you to be able to ask better,more impressive questions.If it's early in the morning stop worrying and reading these answers and get some sleep. That too will be important on how you do-so good night and good luck!

and just be calm about it. the worst thing u can do is sweat and appear inexperinced and incompetent.

smile a LOT.

wear post earrings, a modest amount of makeup, dress conservatively. be a half hour early and go next door and hang out for 15 minutes and then go in just a little bit early for your appointment.

research the college a bit and have some questions of your own for them?

Just be ready to answer all the normal questions they ask...where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are your weak and strong points, what are your hobbies, what do you know about our company, what are your achievements at your last job, etc. Good luck.
