i have a pinnacle tv tuner 50i but i cant get clear picture and i also cant record live shows in my pc.

my pc is mercury mother board ram is 256 and harddisk is 40 gb i have both linux and windows running in m p c
i dont have geninune copy of windows but i have susu10.1 original

your software is corrupt i have used pinnicle in the past and had no trouble
re install your software and adjust your aerial imput or unscrew the connection and check the inner and outer core are not touching one wire strand will mess up the quality

You did not list your source (antenna, cable, dish or what ever) so no idea if it is a signal problem or an interference problem. Need more info.

check the settings of the card. may be it is not getting proper signals from TV around it.

or i'd say conntect the store you bought from.
