I dont know if this is normal or if i should go to doctor. He removed my uterus, cervis and ovaries.

No its not normal.........go to the dr.....absolutely insist they see you, do not take their crap when they say its normal.........my sister has been through hell since her hysterectomy in November........one of her pains they said was nothing turned out to be a bowel obstruction caused from scar tissue wrapping around her small intestine.
Was the surgery for cancer by any chance?

We can't tell from here. No way to examine you, and we are not experts. I think if it still hurts in the morning, call your doctor. Your appendix is on your right side.
