so i have dropped a 350 into my jeep wrangler it has been bored to .30 and it has a R.V Cam i was just wondering if you guys think it will sound good if i ran a single 3inch exhaust with a flowmaster super 40 series and it also has Shorty Headers

That all depends upon your definition of a good sound.
I prefer Daytona style (out at a 45 degree angle in front of the rear tires) & 2 1/2 inch pipes through auger style mufflers.

You are going to loose a lot of your "rumbly" sound by using a single exhaust. The 3 inch will work fine if you can fit it under the vehicle. It is harder to work with a 3 inch pipe versus a 2 1/4 or 2 1/2. I would suggest using a dual exhaust setup with a seperate pipe coming from each header and a crossover pipe between the dual lines to equalize the backpressure. This will give the best sound.

3" is to big as it will afftect your performance. now 2.5" is a better choice. but it should sound good with those mufflers
