You can get stuff for your brows that is sort of like mascara... or you could get a eyebrow pencil.... DO NOT USE HAIR DYE on them!!!!!!!! You could go blind. If you're absolutely set on having them dyed go to a local salon or ask Sally's Beauty Supply.

Be very, very careful when you do this. The dye you use to color your hair is what you would use to do your eyebrows,,,BUT, when you do it, use a smaller brush like an eyebrow brush and hold a small towel over the eye of the eyebrow you are applying the color on. Make sure there isn't a ton of it on there as to drip in or down into you eye. Then do the other eye the same way. Take off with a rinsed out washcloth and make sure all of it is removed after 30 min's. If you are going lighter than your natural eyebrow color, I would check it say every 5 or 10 min's. to make sure they don't get too light and if you are going darker, check it in about 20 mins. A lot of times it doesn't take quite so long to do the eyebrows as it does to do the hair.

You want to choose a shade that is at least a shade lighter than your hair colour. Take a mascara wand, you can pick them up at makeup counters in department store or even Sephora for free. They are the ones that are used so you don't have to share mascara wands with others when testing makeup out. Squeeze out the hair colour onto the wand and brush it onto your eyebrows and leave for 15 minutes. Take a damp cloth and wipe of all of the hair colour.
ENJOY!!

I just use the same stuff I used on my hair, just get a Q-tip and rub some of the dye on your eyebrows, after the time limit on the instructions wipe them off with wet cotton balls.

I wouldn't use any dye near my eyes! For eyebrows they sell pencils kind of like eyeliner pencils, but they are made to help shape and enhance the colors of eyebrows.

my home hair-dye kits all warn against using their product on eyebrows or lashes, say it can cause blindness. Ask at a beauty supply shop. If there is no specialty product, just use eyebrow pencil, don't risk your vision.
or you could have your eyebrows tatooed on.

It's not recommended to dye your brows, as the color can get in your eyes. If you want a drastic color change, try shaving them off and pencilling them on with whatever color you want.

Revlon makes something called Roux Lash and Brow Tint. I believe you can only find it in beauty supply stores or online.
