i'm working on a senior project, and i was browsing through the "Research Paper" requirements in my graduation project brochure.. I'm not quite sure what "Include at least ten citations in the paper" mean.. can anyone help me?

Citations are where you cite(record, write down) the info about the book, website, or magazine you got your information from that you put in your paper.

Go here, usually you can have it in MLA format.

You have gotten to be a senior, working on a project, presumably for graduation, and you don't know what it means when one of the requirements is to include at least ten citations in your paper? Pitiful! If you are working on a project you must be using some sort of research papers or books or on-line reference materials. The requirement is that you use citations from those research books and reference materials within your written paper. I've already flunked you on this one!

A quoting of an authoritative source for substantiation.

Meaning: Name where you got your information.

a citation is where you state your sources you use d for your paper. there is a certain way is a certain way to write it like including the date,url,auther,publisher, etc try a website called noodle tools.

It means list your resources. Whenever you use a source in your paper, you want to cite it when you discuss it.

For example.

An answer is defined as a response to a question (Webster's, p.87)
