OK,
This isn't something that is complicated or sophisicated. This is a clear cut case BLACK AND WHITE.

The man John Mark Karr is saying that he raped and killed JonBenet ten years ago is a piece of sh!t.
First and foremost I have done my research about this case and let me assure you the JonBenet was NOT raped. Through testing and forensics it has been concluded that JonBenet's vaginal area shows NO signs of penetration. This John Mark Karr is a pedophile and has been charged with 5 counts of Child Pornography in the past and had been divored by his wife. He fled to Tailand to escape the charges and was to become the teacher of 2nd graders there.
Put yourslelf in his shoes, if you didn't have a life anymore and was obsessed with girls like JonBenet wouldn't you like to be a part of a beautiful little 6 year olds life.
He claims " I loved JonBenet"
BULLSH!T
Love is something that comes through two people that connect
not from a man obsessed with a died 6 year old girl.

Now he claims he loved her then why would he crack a 8 inch fracture to JonBenet's skull. What kind of accident is that.

Look he is just a pedophile that dreams of having a love life with JonBenet. The fact of the matter is that maybe he "would" have loved her if she was REALLY in his life but shes died now and this sicko wants even still to be part of it and calls it love wtf!.

I believe that the killer was truly someone in the family perhaps the mom or the dad. This is because the murder weapon was a from a paintbrush in the house and why would someone with the intention of killing JonBenet go into her house and kill her with things he or she FINDS in the house. WHy not go in with a gun or a knife. Especially when JonBenet wasn't even raped. Just slaughtered. Doesn't this all tell you something.

The reasons why?
Jelousy or maybe the family was just sick F****ing freaks.

God Bless you JonBenet
and im confident to say that if you were my daughter this would have NEVER happened

Why not wait ten years. Have fun with some children in Tailand and then turn yourself in in SAFER HANDS. If you didn't know in some countrys they casterate you for sexual activities with children. Go to jail or have your penis cut off with a axe in public, WHICH I HAVE SEEN A VIDEO OF. I take my chances and go to jail

The DNA found in her panties was not semen it was just DNA!. IT COULD HAVE BEEN FROM anywhere. SO your telling me he just wanted to finger her. Bullcrap. Jonbenet was NOT RAPED! In a interview video someone asked both the parents is JonBenet was sexually assulted and AT THE SAME TIME THEY SAID WE DON"T KNOW THAT YET. LMFAO! PLANNED!!!!! PLANNED!!!! PLANNED!!!!!!!

Like i said before the US is soft to pedophiles like this to what I think. Dunno what happens in Bangkok but honestly this guy needed to get back into the states. He had nothing to lose anyway. Loss children, Wife, Job, bad record, sex offender,

WAIT I KNOW LETS PRETEND TO BE PART OF JONBENETS CASE SINCE I THINK SHE IS SO SEXY! ( sarcasticly)

2006-08-17 17:05:49 · update #4

Consider it like this people that make around 50,000 a year will make 1 million in about 20 years. A guy that will never get a job and has a ruined life can take 1 million dollars and get back into the states for taking heat for what HE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN YEARS AGO.

I say it's a win win for him.
Although he might have a sore *** in jail

OFFEND ALOT OF PEOPLE,
THIS WOULDN"T HAVE HAPPENED TO MY DAUGHTER. A GIRL KILLED IN HER OWN DANM BASEMENT!!!!! So MAYBE NOT ALL PARENTS ARE TOO BLAME FOR THEIR CHILDREN GETTING HURT BUT JONBENET WAS KILLED IN HER OWN DANM HOUSE. HOW THE HELL DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT. SHE WAS NOT RAPED THERE HAVE BEEN DANM TEST AND 1000 CONFIRMATIONS ON IT.

THE PARENTS HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT PERIOD. THE CLOSER SOMEONE IS TO YOU THE EASIER THEY CAN HARM YOU.

Cool your daughter was in Pagents but the bottom line is however even after reading Jaclyn Dowalibys case and polly klaus THE PARENTS COULD HAVE DONE SOMEHTING. I ALSO PRETTY SURE JACLYN DOWALIBYS PARENTS KILLED HER BY ACCIDENT AND COVERED IT UP WITH A KIDNAPPING THAT DIDN'T MAKE SENSE.

THIS GUY IS INSANE THE REAL KILLERS LIE WITHIN THE FAMILY. THEY ARE SICK SICK SICK SICK PEOPLE.

2006-08-17 17:14:35 · update #6

THis case has gotten out of hand and should have ended ten years ago with the parents. They were never even convicted. This is BUllF^ckingSH!t and i know exactly who did this.

2006-08-17 17:16:26 · update #7

IT is CLEARLy THE PARENTS and im not being selective about the evidence but look whats in front of you. SO WHAT if the DNA found didn't belong to the parents they could have hired someone. It clear that this guy claiming to be a killer is a retart obsessed with little girls. YOU ALL JUST WAIT, imma be laughing in your faces when this guy's DNA doesn't match. It was clearly the family and let me MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR.

PATSY RAMSEY CAN ESCAPE LIFE BY DYING ,
BUT SHE WILL NEVER ESCAPE THE QUESTIONING AND THE SOON TO BE JUSTICE OF THIS CASE.

MAY THE PERSON WHO KILLED JONBENET DIE A TEN THOUSAND DEATHS IN HELL.

Preach! The f*cking moron could'nt have possible been near her! I think it's just a way of bringing solace to the case's "unsolved" status. I think the parents killed her and paid a man (who was already charged of sex-crimes) to say that he "did" it. It might make sense if you've delved into the case...

As for the so-called "rape," I agree. It never happened. It was never mentioned in any criminal hearings or the damn trial, itself. Forensics announced that there was no penetration, no bruising, and NO MARKS AROUND THE AREA, a.k.a. NO signs of sexual molestation or rape! Whatever, though... let the morons get all wired up on the idiot who claims he "raped" her.

Love? How the f*ck can you "love" someone by raping them? The key word here is: "rape." Rape is a sexual act which is not consented by a person involved in the act. Plus, she was a goddamn child!! She couldn't be lawfully allowed to consent because she was so young! He "loved" her, boned her, and killed her. Wow. He must REALLY love her. Her parents must've really loved her, too, for letting her run around outside the house and get "kidnapped." The case is such f*cking bullsh!t...

He's charged of sex crimes on an international status. He's also being held somewhere in Asia (someone said Bangkok...). It might also be an incentive by saying he "raped" JonBenet Ramsey. After all, he could be extradited and not be raped by a large Asian man. :-/ He could be raped by a friendlier American man, lmaoo. I hear Asian prisons treat child molesters really, really, REALLY badly. All the more reason to come to America, where you can be put in a whole separate unit, altogether...

sudbury_girl: What the hell are you talking about? DNA on her panties?! There was no other DNA evidence found in/on/around her underwear other than that of her own! If there WAS DNA evidence, they would've found someone already!

mrssmokestack003: So what? It's not offensive. In my opinion, you're offended because you're siding with the parents. After all, you both have some things in common... child beauty pageants? What if I were to tell you that offends me? You'd most likely tell me to go f*ck myself. Why should it be any different with you? If she were my kid, she wouldn't be in any beauty pageants which would attract those people to begin with and she wouldn't have been "mysteriously disappeared." I see the poster's logic, not your's.

I don't think that this guy did it for some reason... I think he is still a pedophile and should be locked up.. He is definitely a psychopath.
But I don't think the parents did it either... Here's one thing that does not add up for me... Why would there be a ransom note demanding $118,000? Why not $200 or $100 or $150? Usually an even #... But John Ramsey had a bonus from work (I heard this briefly on the news yesterday) This sounds like a child has covered this up...or someone extremely stupid... why match the dollar amount? Who knew what John's bonus was?
Patsy and John are not stupid - they wouldn't match the exact amount.. And it didn't look like an intelligent person wrote the note either... So, who knew about the bonus? Who knew the layout?
Who do they know that is that dumb? or immature?

Yeah. They thought that the parents had something to do with it too, but would they really kill their own daughter like that? On the news, they showed old interviews with both parents looking heartbroken, and telling cameras that they did not kill JonBenet. So I really don't think that they would do something like that. The man who killed her... did he rape her at all? I know there's been talk behind this, but what's the truth. And he said that "he loved her..." I agree. This is a lame excuse, and it's just crap. If he "loved her," why did he have to kill her? She was only 6 years old at the time. Assualt a 6 year old?! It's really sad, and also scary. What about all the other gorgeous, young children in the world. Wouldn't this story scare them? It's all really wrong, and iis like a nightmare to a lot of parents, and children. God bless JonBenet. She didn't make it up there peacefully, but now we are all watching over her.

The guy is a kook who should be locked up, but not in prison. It's clear that there was no drugs in her system from the autopsy report, but he said that he drugged her. The autopsy said that there was trauma to her vagina, but there was no semen on her at all. He said that he killed her by "accident", but there was a device (i forgot what they call it) that was placed around her neck, that ultimately cut off her breathing, which is such a sick, twisted, demented thing to do to someone, especially a child.

He did say something details about the case that police know about, which were never made public. So there is something there that may show he's guilty, but i don't know. It's all mysterious! He knows something things the cops only knew, and he says he did things to her that there is no evidence of ever happening.

We'll just have to wait for more things to pan out, and then we'll all know if that bastard is the real killer, or if he is just a psycho who is seriously delusional.

Anyone who even THINKS of doing such sick, sexual, twisted things to a child, not to mention actually doing it, is really a monster, and needs to die.

It's pityful that a child that age had to die so young, no doubt her murderer will be put to justice. But her case really raises alot of questions and issues we should ponder about. Why in the first place would parents want to place their child in such limelight at such a tender age by enrolling her in beauty pageants and contests? We live in a superficial world as it is, and no doubt, sooner or later, as children grow into adults, they will be exposed to the big bad world of superficiality. But the foundation years are important so why expose an innocent child to such limelight at a tender age? To add to it, if you have seen all those pictures of JonBenet and videos too, you will notice that many times, she was dressed seductively (mini skirts, bright red lipstick, etc.), she looked almost adult. In a sick world like ours, we have to be more careful and we should ponder over the issues of where to cross the line with kids. For us sane people, we cannot even begin to imagine what goes through the minds of phedophiles, murderers, rapists and all sorts of other criminals. So the least we can do is to try at least, not to do anything to encourage them. At the end of the day, JonBenet was just a child. Had she been away from the negative limelight of the media in the first place, none of these would have happened. Parents of a cute or pretty child have the right to be proud of them, but is this the way? Had JonBenet lived to see today, I wonder what she would have grown up to be, since her life (career path) had already been decided by her parents from the time she was a toddler - to be a part of the media limelight. I wonder what sort of young lady she would have grown up to be. What happened to that child was unfathomable. Alas, many other kids are being raped and murdered worldwide, most of them have had it even worse than JonBenet. The main reason why so many people cried the day that little girl died was because of her popularity and the fact that she was indeed a pretty little thing. The world needs to understand though, especially parents, that they can do and make efforts to protect their little ones. For starters, let them live their childhood the way they should - by being children. Not by being surrounded by cameras, wearing bright lipstick and strutting around in mini skirts. The world needs to re-think their ways, not cry when something happens. I'll pray for JonBenet's soul, that she will rest in peace and that God will forgive her murderer too, we're all sinners with the capacity to repent and forgive. Alas, I pray that parents will learn to be parents and do their job. Children are innocent, let them be innocent and protect them for as long as you can. Someday, they'll grow and see the world, but let them be kids while they still are.

i have been trying to keep up with this case since this guy "confessed" and i have thought of a few things, the family is wealthy so if someone in the family had done it, they could have paid this guy a lot of money to take the rap after, let's say, a ten year time period of freedom to spend said monies. another way it could go, is he is a freak who wants attention. still another scenario, and one i think may be true, is that he was one of the intruders, i think there was another, and it may have been a kidnapping gone very wrong. because what i have seen of what this guy has said, he hasn't actually said he killed her, just that he was there and it was an accident. i have always thought that the parents knew more than they were saying, but hopefully it will all come out in the courts. i know sometimes it is hard to put our faith in our government, but sometimes we just have to believe that it will turn out right and the guilty party will be punished.

How can you possibly say that if JonBenet were your daughter that this would not have happened???? Are you saying that all parents of murdered children are somehow responsible for their deaths??I agree with you that his confession seems a bit strange ; However,I have done some research myself and I NEVER seen anything that remotely suggested that she wasnt raped...You Dont Know she wasnt!! My daughter was 6 at the time and was also in beauty pageants,,This was a horrible crime..My daughter is now 17..JonBenet would be too! Just let our Justice System do their job...I have kept JonBenet in my prayers for years...and the whole situation still makes me sick at my stomach!! Again...Your comment that it would not have happened if she were your daughter will offend many people...God Bless!

Regardless of whether Mark Karr is guilty, and that will be proven or disproven when the DNA testing is complete, if you had done your research like you said you would know that all of the FBI profilers working on the case do not believe that the parents fit the profile of the killer. What makes you think you know better than people like John Douglas (who was one of the founders of the behavioral science unit of the FBI and who actually worked on the case), who have dedicated their lives studying the behaviors of kidnappers and rapists? What training in forensic psychology do you have (because to be honest right now you just sound like a raving lunatic who likes to hear themselves talk)?
Try reading this book or others written by FBI profilers on the matter and you might change your mind:

I've been reading alot about this case, read the autopsy report, saw the pictures, read every theory theorized....

All I can say is this: There is not enough evidence availible to the public for any of us to 'know' what happened. I honestly think this case will remain unsolved forever

Now I'm going to read about an apparent problem regarding snakes and planes

I think you are soooo against the parents that like the police refuse to believe in anyone but the parents 12 Jury who were just as prejudice(everyone was prejudice against the Ramsey at the time) as found the Ramsey's not guilty so that ought to tell you something
i think you are like a lot of people just hate to think that you spent 10 hating the wrong People. nothing I'll say or anyone else will make you think differently even if you saw a video for Carr killing her himself anyway check
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/12/16/48hours/main661569.shtml
then tell me the parents are guilty

O yeah and this load of crab about this not happening if she was your daughter shows that you are just talking trash no parent can protect his child from what's written to her you can't be with her 24/7 and death and molestation happens to children because there are sick people in the world. sure some parents can be neglective but still it happens to parents who does their best to care for their children
