Help with Eclipse problem...please?

Just installed cold air intake, now my turbo is lagging past 5k rpm. It picks up really slow. Does anyone know why that is happening. I installed it EXACTLY the way it said to.

did you reset the computer?

it probly doesnt understand the extra/more air coming into the motor which is making it lag.
