Zidane was,is and always Hero!! Because he stands for his right and even though his actions are harsh,at least it still worth it because he wanted to protect his dignity and honour..Heros always do that! As for Materazzi,he was,is and always Zero!! Because Zero person always tries to insult others in order to make them gone mad and then do some harsh actions which resulted in red card! That is the dirtiest trick ever which really ruins the beautiful game.Besides,Materazzi was headbutted twice,first by Shevchenko and the second one by Zidane.That is one good proof that Materazzi is Zero! As for Zidane,he was voted as the number 1 celebrity in my country,one GOOD reason for him to be a Hero.President Jacques Chirac also said that Zidane is the France's national Hero! VIVE ZIDANE!!!

He's a hero but he did commit a selfish act that may have cost his country the 2006 World Cup. No matter what Materazzi said, with Zizou's status, he would have better standing in the world if just took things like a man should. I was really disappointed in him. But I can understand too.

He was, and he will always be a hero. Of course, what he did during his last game was terrible, but he's just a man. People who think such a great player is a zero are nothing but a bunch of fags who don't know anything to football...
