If you were the Superman for 1 day, how will you use your super power?

Regretably having the power of Superman would not give me the abilities that I would need to do the things I would want to do with great power.

I would like to do so many things to help my fellow man, but super strength and speed and all the things that Superman has would allow me to do what he does in the comics, but would do little to stop wars, famine or AIDS.

I would use my powers as a rallying cry to try and get the powers that be to realize that the Big Blue Marble needs the help of ALL those who govern to make it a better place.

Can I with those powers stop wars? Probably not, but so help me, I would try.

I'd push the earth into the sun. Failing that, I'd at least push it off it's tilt just enough that it'd eventually fall out of orbit.

Or I'd get some seriously large meteors and throw them down at every major city, killing billions.

Come on, it's not like we're not already on the brink of killing ourselves in the next decade. At least this way, people wouldn't curse another nation and bring racism into it, they'd curse superman. If anything, my being a dick would bring the warring nations together, to try to stop me.

But oh how they would fail.

Then I would round up the ACLU, New York Times (Slimes), Cindy Sheehan, half of Hollywood and most of the rest of the media, and then say, "Now its your turn, traitors"!!!

Then I'd help out my Chicago Bears or White Sox, whichever team may be playing that day, and lastly swoop up Salma Hayek and Shakira for a three way!!!

I would use it to impress (or scare) the heck out of my Jr. high class. You know, melt a few chairs with my laser vision, describe the boxers of that "tough" kid, pick up the principal and throw him across the room....LOL I think maybe....just maybe....THEN they'll listen to me the rest of the year.
