Why say anything? It's actually quite pointless with a control freak. Do what I did. I rented an apartment, changed my mail, got everything in order and ready and when I had it all ready, I moved out while he was at work and never went back. It didn't require any words at all...he got the message.

if you tell him he will hold on stronger in a way you need to be cruel to be kind i wouldn't tell him my plans you'll just make the time before you move hellyou'll drive him crazy because he probably loves you. Move withhout him knowing then if you want call from another phone he can't trace and say goodbye.

If you're brave enough to be on your own, you first have to find the courage to tell your man you're leaving him. He deserves the truth, however much it will hurt him. As the saying goes, sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. Go break his heart for the last time. He'll get over it.

Good grief, why did you go back to him if he is so lousy? Were you bored or something?
He only controls you because you let him. You are a grown up and can leave of your own free will any time.

You both have bigger problems than just what you have described, and , should be working on them, instead of bailing out!

You are confusing the problem with your potentially 'best' ally!

You two have a co-dependancy that you both should overcome, THEN, you both can move on!

Tell him, why should you allow yourself such unhappiness just because he's happy? He is selfish or he would not make up so unhappy. Get your family with you and tell him, you need their support and do not marry him again!
