Do you believe attacks and scare tactics used in advertisements?

Well I do believe that in some cases such as drugs, aids and other health related adds should use scare tactics although in most cases truth is scarier than fiction, but in politics and other types of adds I think we all can benefit in less scare tactics and more facts
