oh yeah definitly,I have the first and second season of Futurama.I love that show. I think nibbler is cute little alien.

Yes -- he's also hiding under the desk in the cryogenics lab, pushing Fry into the tank that freezes him for 1,000 years. Nibbler is a member of an extremely advanced species that needs Fry in the future to aid in their fight against giant brains (he's so stupid that their powers don't affect him). There is an episode explaining this in the 5th season.
