Based on a 28-day cycle, you should be ovulating today through Monday, which means you probably are NOT pregnant IF and ONLY IF you ovulate 1/2 way through your 4-week cycle as textbooks dictate.
It is possible for nausea and lethargy to occur with ovulation, particularly if it's one of those months when you release 2 eggs instead of 1.
Get some rest and don't worry, which will only make it worse.

If you just got your menstrual cycle it's unlikely that you're pregnant, but in some cases women do bleed in their first trimester. As for feeling nauseated and tiered, that is also a symptom of your menstrual cycle.
You can try to take a pregnancy test. You should wait about a week or two after your missed period before you take the pregnancy tests just to ensure that they will be as accurate as possible. So my advise is to just wait it out. I know it will be hard, and you'll be anxious. And if you're not planning a pregnancy i would not worry or stress on it. If you're pregnant, you are. If you're not, you're not. Stressing on it won't help either way. Good luck

I knew I was pregnant when my period only lasted two days and it was very light. After that week I started to feel heavy breathing when I was going up the stairs, I thought I was going to faint. Then at night I felt tingly all over my body. Everything I smelled made me nauseaus and became moody for no reason at all.
Take the test, the generic pregnancy test are usually accurate. As soon as the result is positive take prenatal vitamins right away.

Well, I would say that it is too soon to tell. If I had to guess, I'd say you were ovulating. Sometimes that makes you feel pregnant. At least some of the same symptoms.

If your breasts hurt or are getting noticably bigger you may want to try to take a home pregnancy test...or go see your doctor sometimes they can detect pregnancy with a pelvic exam...
