as you've seen, you need to use crest white strips but add to that crest vivid white tooth paste for day and crest white night at bed time - i smoke and drink black coffee and i always get comments on my white teeth! that's all i use :)

Scrub with Strawberries.
One member of the berry family,
the strawberry, contains an enzyme
that actually whitens your teeth.
Mash a large strawberry and then
rub it on your teeth with your finger for about a minute.
Rinse,
and then floss to remove seeds.
I use the cloth also I take some mashed strawberries
and place it on the cloth and rub each tooth
Then use a cloth diaper to buff
it is the gauze that helps to do the buffing

I use Mangosteen powder I simply open the capsule
I also use grape seed extract powder
it is gritty and helps
I love my teeth I think they are awesome
I also use at time a very soft toothbrush
I also rub my gums with the cloth

I have discovered THE greatest way...and it's CHEAP! Buy the Mr. Clean Magic Sponges. They're white. They're designed to get stains out of porous surfaces, such as ink off wallpaper. It works GREAT for that.
Wet the sponge corner, and GENTLY rub it back and forth on your teeth. Be careful not to rub your gums...(I learned this the hard way!). Your teeth will be MUCH whiter the very first time you use it!

crest white strips are amazing. if not, there are a bunch of choices at like walmart for the same type of thing

All you have to do is brush them. Believe me I am a coffee drinker, and all I do is brush them (after EVERY meal) and I get tons of compliments on them all the time.
