Has it ever been proven? All black folks don't have huge ones and all white folks are not tiny. I have always heard that oriental women have a sideways twatchy. I now know that isn't true. Is everything a lie?

You could find a lot of market surveys out there on the reach, some condom manufacturers like Durex carried out penis sizes survey every few years and you could get the results on their website.
Of course, there are variations in every race. they just sort of a general "representative data" for the entire race. Some males of africa decendants have relatively small one, and some oriental guys are hung.
There are data out there of reliable sorces, I can tell you it is true that penis size generally different with race.

what we know about penis size of different races is based on statistical generalizations. there are always exceptions to the general rule and statistics allows for margins of error so the findings on penis size is not 100% accurate and may not apply correctly to all men of all race. this doesn't mean however that the findings are lies. there are still some truths in them. cheers!

Don't waste your time and energy researching all these stuff. The size and shape of one's manhood has nothing whatsoever with his racial status. Whether you are black, white, brown, yellow, tall, short, fat, thin, handsome, ugly....what you have is what you have to keep.
