This is a totally orange bird beak included and was spotted in Iowa. The color was brilliant orange. Never seen anything like it. Beautiful.

It could be an orange varient of a Scarlet Tanager...or not.

You need to say where you saw the bird - what country, in woods or fields, etc.

Added: Orioles do not have orange beaks. My guess would be that it was a particularly bright female cardinal. Another possibility would be that it was an escaped cage bird.
