Income tax is illegal.

Besides that, all the money from income tax goes to paying off the interest on what we owe the federal reserve. Which is neither federal, nor does it have real reserves.

But organized crime does not usually produce roads for public use, a military to protect the country, fund schools, have welfare programs, support new business's...etc etc.

More the other way around. The government is supposed to play fair, right? But everyone suspects they don't, in one way or another. Organized crime is assumed to be a brutal threat, though in reality, maybe that group has achieved a greater social harmony. I believe perception of popular belief is the key to authority. I can't back any of this up with facts. Just like watching FOX news.

Organized crime takes money from people to keep for thier own use, (if you don't pay, its broken bones or death),the government takes money and (theoretically) uses it for the good of the country, (if you don't pay, you get fined). Curtis Sleewa, (the founder of The Guardian Angels), made negative comments on the radio about John Gotti Jr., (mobster scum)
and was beaten nearly to death, he is still being targeted by organized crime, for nothing more than voicing his opinion. There are hundreds of thousands of people who are very verbal in harshly criticizing the president, or our government, but they are not only free to do so, but protected by the same government they criticize.

Alexander The Great once caught a pirate and when he asked him how he justified keeping hostile possesion of the sea the pirate replied that Alexander did the same with his army but because he did on a larger scale he was an emporer while the pirate was labeled a criminal. Amazing how history repeats itself so regularly.
