The time has come for me to upgrade my phone to one that can handle what I need...
I have 23 propertys that I manage (rental). I need a phone that can keep track of basically everything from rent paid, deposits, account numbers, repairs and the like... I have T-Mobile now so I was thinking about the MDA or SDA but im not against switching. OR should I just get a PDA I can upload to my computer. Im looking for personal refferances as to what you acutally have, not what you have heard. Thanks.

I would recommend looking at the Palm Treo smartphones:

The Treo is a powerful, yet easy-to-use smartphone. I prefer the Treo with Palm OS installed. I believe that Palm will soon release a new version of Treo for Cingular. It is long overdue. If it has built-in WiFi, I would definitely go for that.
You can also look at the Motorola Q phone, which is nice too.

With whom? i'm unmarried, have been for 2 many years and don't plan on changing that. So, if I had a public reveal of love with myself, i'd in all probability bypass to penal complex. No thank you.
