Well, sad to say it's true I'm a 26 years old man and I'm still a virgin. Which wouldn't be so bad if say, I was saving myself for marriage, but I'm not and I can't stand it. I have a problem approaching women, it's like I get scared or something, like I know it's going to go bad. What I belive the case to be is that I have an overwelming fear of rejection and that I have no confidence in myself. And it doesn't help that I have to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of my roommate and his girlfriend bumpin' uglies in his room. It's like where ever I go there a couples and I feel that I'm never going to be in one. I feel that all the relationships I was supposed to be in since I was 17 and all the women I was supposed to have sex with I missed out on. And I don't plan on getting married till I sew some wild oats. I'm not a bad looking guy average I think. Haven't had a GF in 10 yrs. kissed in 7yrs and on the verge of killing myself if I don't get laid soon! Need advice PLZ.

First, I don't think you would get a decent girlfriend if you are only thinking about having sex with them.
If you are thinking about getting the girls on bed as soon as first or second date, you can choose either to try a few hit at the bars or club.
Alternatively, spend some time in the gym, get ripped. The girls would kill to have sex with you.
Since you already know the biggest problem might be your lack of self confidence, its time to do something about it. Working out for a better physique is good for self esteem.
Love yourself, and the confidence would shine, then the ladies would be attracted to you.

I feel very ashamed to be a 26 year old virgin and it's worst than having a life sentence.

Dude calm down. It sounds like the sex is too much of a focus. Women need more than that and you need a woman. Being virgin till marriage aint all that bad. I did it. But whatever the case you need to put your woman first or you won't get to bed. To get one you have to develop some confidence. And you gotta go out on a limb. Go for it dude!

Don't worry so much about it. It's not sad to say you're a virgin at 26. It will happen when it happens. And it will be scary....and awkward...and wonderful...
Can your friends set you up with anyone?
By the way, I was 27 when I lost mine. No biggie.

get a group of friends together (guys and girls) and go to a club or bar. Talk to the females that are there as friends. If you treat them like you would a guy it will be a lot easier to talk to them. If you worry about impressing them, you won't be yourself, you'll get nervous and bye bye any chance you could have had getting to know someone. another hint.....if you tell a chic the same thing you just put in your question she may feel the need to fix that problem for you......eh, eh!

There are great sex counslers out there who can help you. get out your phone book and set up an appointment with a qualified counsler. it takes time but they can help you. remember Doctor Ruth? It will be well worth your time and you are still young. check it out. also sounds like u have a little low self esteem and if you sow those wild seeds remember the diseases that are lurking out there. protect yourself and you just may live longer
