He is innocent. The laws in Thailand are really strick on pedophiles. He just wanted to be deported out of the country to get a fair trial. Once he is out of the country, they cant deport him back. Even if he is guilty the jails are much nicer here. His wife said he was in arkansas the night of the murder and he said he druged and raped her. Her autopsy didnt show drugs. I think the attorney is willing to find anyone to get this off the dads back who is probably the real killer with a friend he went to church with who he was trying to kill Ramseys wife because the randsome money that Mr RAmsey was going to give him. Mr Ramsey was getting women through this guy. The dad knows the killer but cant say his identity due to what he did in the past. Just a thought.

If I a not mistaken he was arrested for other things in Thailand and maybe he just wanted to come back to the US so he wasn't tried there. This country is known to be more lenient on criminals then any other country. I also read somewhere that his ex-wife said he was fascinated and researched the Ramsey story as well as the Polly Klaas story.
Who knows, he wouldn't be the first to admit to something he didn't do.

I think he wants to be punished for other crimes and wants a lot of publicity when it happens. If he is convicted he will surely get a maximum sentence because of the publicity. .

i think they do not have the right guy, i will be totally shocked if the dna is his. he just seems like a real dope looking for glory. i feel sorry for jon benet and her family - what a horrible scrutiny to be under, patsy dying of breast cancer,

he is the wrong guy,according to the reports I've seen,he said he poisoned her,yet no poison was found, he said he took her out of class, yet this happened over Christmas break..
