What would you do:
1) Silently walk to him and hit his head and later call the cops. (But by hitting him is not a guarantee he will go unconscious. He may harm you when you failed to do so..)
2) You found a gun in the drawer and shoot him from afar. (For sure, he'll be dead and you won't go to jail.)
Think about it. Risk your life or take his'.

First I'd make sure it was a burgler then I'd have pistol in hand and warn him , then he would be a goner. Unless it was daylight and I could see for sure it was a stranger. Anyone in my house I don't know will not be there alive for long if I'm near a gun. I would always protect my family ! Take his or lose mine . One way or the other one of us will lose.This is a morbid question.

if you do #2 you will go to jail cause hes not threatining you so #1. if he dosent have a gun to you you cant go to jail what i would do is call cops first then hit him and throw something out a window or open a door cause if police dont see anything wrong they cant enter. just some stuff i learned hope it helps

I would probably call the cops first, and lock myself in the closet! It depends whether the burglar is armed. If he has a gun and is waving it around threatening to kill me, I would choose number 2. But ONLY if my life was in danger. I would never take his life if he was just robbing me.

Call the cops from a different room, or go outside and use a cell phone. avoid being seen by him. At least that's what I would do. And anything he steals will be covered by insurance.

~I can't take the time to answer your question right now. I'm hiding in the closet waiting for him to leave. Hold it! He's doing something. Wait a minute. That's my toilet flushing! Ewwwww, he didn't wash his hands. Ummm, I think he's coming back in the bedroom. Wait, he just turned the light on. Oh damn, it's only my husband. I think I'll stay in the closet and hope a burglar comes in.

From afar , I would hold him at bey with my pistol. I would tell him to lie face down on the floor with his hands behind his back . If he followed my instructions, I would then call the police. If not I would shoot him dead.

if it was possible i would try and get out of the house, but if i could not i would try and make sure it was a burgler, and not someone i know, and if it was a burgler, then i would get the gun and shoot him in the leg or somethin, so he dont die, nd then call the police
