For the past 2 days I've noticed that I can go 8-9 hours without peeing. Of course, I'm drinking coffee, juice, tea, water...with no need to use the bathroom. When I do go, I feel a little burning sensation around my vagina. It doesn't hurt to pee...it just feels tingly down there.

Any ideas on what it is?

Hmmm, you should urniate more in a day than you are my friend. And you are drinking all that caffine.. WOW>> you might want to tell your doctor about this. But, yeah cranberry juice is good. If you don't hurt when you urinate, but it feels tingly there when you do, maybe you have an infection of some sort or something is going on> With womens health issue anymore, it would be wise to inform your doctor of these symtoms..

You need to go to the doc for a check-up.
It would be difficult to diagnose your symtoms without proper testing. You could have the beginning of a UTI.
Tips on preventing urinary tract infections
Drink plenty of water to flush out bacteria. Drinking cranberry juice may also help prevent urinary tract infections. However, if you're taking warfarin (brand name: Coumadin), check with your doctor before using cranberry juice to prevent urinary tract infections. Your doctor may need to adjust your warfarin dose or you may need to have more frequent blood tests.
Don't hold your urine. Urinate when you feel like you need to.
Wipe from front to back after bowel movements.
Urinate after having sex to help wash away bacteria.
Use enough lubrication during sex. Try using a small amount of lubricant (such as K-Y Jelly) before sex if you're a little dry.
If you get urinary tract infections often, you may want to avoid using the diaphragm. Ask your doctor about other birth control choices.

Has it been really hot lately?
I've found that if I'm out in the heat, I can drink until I'm blue in the face, but won't have to pee because you sweat it all out.
If there isn't burning, then I don't think it's any kind of infection.
