IF YOU PRODUCE A GAS SUCH AS HYDROGEN FROM A CHEMICAL REACTION, WHY IS IT UNSAFE TO IGNITE THAT HYDROGEN GAS THAT IS COMIN OUT OF THE GENERATING BOTTLE?

Hydrogen is extremely flammable. If you ignite it you don't have time to move out of the way so if you're too close you'll get burned. Also the bottle will be full of hydrogen so when that ignites it is in a contained space and so will explode, sending bits of sharp and hot plastic everywhere.

Because hydrogen is a flamable gas and with the correct mixture of the gaz and oxygen, you can create a little bomb.

If you ignite the hydrogen on top of the bottle, risks are really great for an explosion : If you have too much hydrogen, the flame will consume it until you reach the correct percentage% of hydrogen/oxygen in the bottle, creating a little bomb.

And most of the time, you'll have too much hydrogen.

Also, if you have a leak of hydrogen somewhere, you won't really know about it since the gas is odorless and colorless. If there's too much of it floating around the bottle, it'll ignite in a ball of fire... And that is a very dangerous thing: a ball of fire.

hydrogen EXPLODES...dats y its unsafe to ignite it.. hydrogen is considered as the most combustible chemical..cuz of the energy realeased is max.. dats y if u ignite it, n u r standing there.. probably u need to get your plastic surgery done then
please dnt try it!!

Because hydrogen doesn't have a smell then it could be around your face when you ignite it and that's very dangerous.
