For the past 2 days I've noticed that I can go 8-9 hours without peeing. Of course, I'm drinking coffee, juice, tea, water...with no need to use the bathroom. When I do go, I feel a little burning sensation around my vagina. It doesn't hurt to pee...it just feels tingly down there.

Any ideas on what it is?

Better go and see a doctor, honey.
Could be nothing, but could also be something serious.

Take care.

Sounds like you have a bladder infection that will get worse in the next few days. Drink some cranberry juice and consult your physician. Don't use bubble bath or shower gels and wear cotton crotch panties to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

It comes from holding your pee too long, the nerves and muscles have been under strain to hold your pee for so long that they are just reacting to the final release of the tension.

It is sort of like when your hand falls "asleep" and then the circulation comes back.

Have you had unprotected sex recently or in the past? Are you under any undue stress? Did you change soap or detergents? Did you change tampons? I would go to your ob/gyn and get an exam and blood work if it persists. It MIGHT be an std or uti. I would get it checked ASAP

Something you should go to the doctor for. Maybe a bladder infection beginning.

Your body telling you that you need to go more often. I get that when I hold it in 'way' too long.
