if you're going to be out in the sun for a while i would suggest using SPF 30 or higher. if you get wet or sweat alot then you should reapply as often as needed. any brand is really great (coppertone, bananaboat, etc..)
sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV rays from the sun that can cause skin spots, burning, and possibly skin cancer. sun screen is essential if you want your skin to remain healthy.

nutrogena it is a lower spf but works really good. non coddmonic oil free and you can get it in moisterizing too. Why sunscreen ahhh itss 8th grade science all over again lol well light that comes from the sun is a form of radiation....and our atmosphere keeps us safe mostly from the radiation (that is untill polution started messing up the atmosphere ).so the radiation gets through now and causes the cell wall to do strage things damaging it. causing rouge mutations called skin cancer and (ewww) age spots. sunscreen keeps ya safe.

My favorite to prevent sunburn is Banana Boat SPF 15.

coppertone is the best. & u need sunscreen so that u won't get skin cancer. so be smart & wear sunscreen!!!!!!
