Where is the accupressure point in the foot that helps with menstrual cramps and/or hot flashes, Any help will be appreciated.

not on the foot but...
for menstrual cramps make fists with your hands and place them palms down where your hip bends (either side of your pubic bone), then lie down on your stomach to get the pressure. if you can, lift your legs up. this point is called rushing door and you mayl feel the energy rushing from your upper body to your lower body when you release the pressure. if you do this on a regular basis, it could prevent you from even getting cramps. as for hot flashes, well i'm not there yet so i don't have any advice on that one for you.

i'm pretty sure it's either just under the ball of the foot or just above the heal. i used to work hard and clean horse stalls which kept away cramps so i've never really had the problem. but your local chiropractor should know off the top of their head.
