have a lockhart/phillips non-adhesive1/2 tank bra to put on a 250 ninja...and can't figue out exactly how to fit it on (where the front straps go or attach to and the purpose of the loops on the sides)...any advice?

Pay no attention to dr. biker. He's a cranky old fart! The second person isn't a regular.
This group is usually much more helpful. Perhaps they're all still sleeping.
How about taking it into a dealership, and letting someone there put it on? Preferably a dealer that sells Kawis. Or could you email or call LP and ask for instructions?
