Why would you want to BS your way through it? Be honest. What are you best at. The way to answer the weakness question is: "often your strength can lead to a weakness....."
For example, if your strength is that you are very detail oriented, your weakness might be that you sometimes spend too much time on a project because you are checking all the details.
If your strength is your work ethic, you weakness might be that you sometimes get frustrated with co-workers who don't work as hard as you do.
They are not looking for a magic answer...they want to know your work style and how to work best with you if you are hired.
A good book on this topic is "Knock 'Em Dead" by Martin Yate.

Three strengths: Initiative, Integrity, Work Ethic. Examples:
1. Initiative - I take the lead in ensuring tasks are completed and ask for more work after my work has been completed and checked.
2. Integrity - I believe honesty is important, whether it's cash
handling, answering customer's questions or completing reports.
3. Work ethic: Before I leave for the day I make just one more phone call.
Three weaknesses: I list only two
1. I notice that when someone isn't pulling their own weight I become frustrated and handle this by confronting the person in a professional manner and bring this to their attention in private.
2. Another weakness is that when I started working at XYZ company I used to ask questions, but now I can be counted on to complete tasks with no supervision

i've never heard anyone ask for 3, but biggest strength and biggest weakness is very common.
my only suggestion is that, for weakness, be sincere. stating that your biggest weakness is that you work too hard, or something inane like that, will lessen your chances of getting the job. instead, come up with something that reflects an honest self-evaluation and lets your would-be boss know 1) you know you're not perfect, 2) you know why that is, and 3) you're working on changing it.

strengths: goal orinited, can get a job done quickly and efficiently, can take orders and assume a leadership position. Weakness: Don't feel like you have any because you strive to do your best. Never tell a real weakness.

my favorite is to say I'm a perfectionist but then turn from a weakness into a strength. I had to go to these classes that taught us how to BS our way through all that but I'm too tired tonight to say much more that requires thinking, so I'm gonna go back to Polls & Surveys now, sorry to have taken up your time with this drivel.

Frankly, you shouldn't use b.s. It's not a contest that you have to "win" by getting the employer to offer you a job. Remember you have to work there, and if you b.s. them on your abilities, it will show the moment you start work, you'll be dumped after the probationary period, and you'll have to start over again.
