I'm puzzled as to what the question is. . . can you file for bankrupcy? i'll pray for you.

If you do not want to declare bankruptcy. Call your creditors and negotiate payments. Rather than take a total loss they will take less in payments and negotiate your interest as well.
I went through the same thing and I now debt free. One thing I did was I started with my lowest bill and paid it off then took the money I was paying to it and started on my next lowest. Of course there are also credit counsling services but make sure they are honest and its best to find a non profit service.
The main thing is do not take on any more bills.Believe it or not there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it is not a train.

Maybe you could deposit money and at the end of the month you take out th e amount needed
