From what I've read, Strangler wrestled back in the day when matches were actually shoots...not scripted, the better man usually really did win...considering that Hogan was NEVER (face facts, gang) a great wrestler in any technical sense (what he was, and is, was a marginally talented performer with an incredible charisma that translates well in the ring), I have to think Lewis would wear him down eventually (yes, Hogan is a much bigger man) and win a long, grueling match...so the answer is no, Hulk wouldn't win a true straight-up shoot fight...
