I graduated college in 2006 with a B.A. of Regents. Out of the 128 hours 122 are in Elementery Education (K-6) although I have not recieved my certification I would very much love to teach. My short comming in graduating with a B.A. in Education is a financial problem and not scholastic.

If you want to teach abroad, you really should finish your BA first. Do whatever it takes. It is possible to find disreputable teaching jobs abroad without a degree, but even if you find such a job, your prospects of moving up the food chain and finding better job opportunities in the future will be nonexistent without a university degree. Do yourself a big favor and do what you need to do in order to finish your degree.
