I have a 192k modem. I need a faster internet for online gaming but I do not have the money to pay a higher internet bill.

well i under stand about a high speed bill i have comcast and its like $42 a mont but verizion is $17 99 a month if u commit for 1 year and it wont go up after that my sister has verizion dsl and she loves it and get away from aol not many want to pay for aol when u get get verizon dsl cheaper the a dial up sevice and and after 1 year with version u get to keep their modem for good just pay for they service $17 99 a month hope this helpes and god bless

There is not much you can do to increase your Internet speed. Besides buying a faster and better Ethernet card you cant do much.
Even if you buy a new card it will probably have little or no effect anyhow. I think your out of luck unless you have your Internet shared on a network. Then you can increase it by disconnecting the Internet flow on the other PC's on the network thus more speed for your PC.

Yup juz like that dude said try aol highspeed internet.co its going to be cheap.otherwise, everything is just expensive.the fastest is broadband internet but i think its more expnsive but user satisfaction is undeniable. maybe you could just rent a computer in na internet cafe for online gaming becoz they usually provide broadband internet.most of them wireless.yah know a pal! nowadays owning a good performance computer w/ an internet costs a lot. do not forget about it! sadly, you just got to spend, well except if you are a great hacker...hmmm thats an exception!

you could buy a wifi card and split your high speed cost with 3 neighbors, depending on proximity. or you could move next door to a free hotspot.
