krusd... equal rights... how about my right to breathe... he has a right to go outside and stink up the air with poison smoke... i should have the right to breathe air that doesn't contain poisonous gases.

oscar, i don't agree with taxing thing some people call "sin taxes", taxes should all be the same. and i think everyone should have the right to take whatever drugs they want as long as they don't affect other people.i don't care, stay home and kill your self with cocaine if you wish, its none of governments business.( personally, i don't want anyone to do that, but i'm trying to make a point that they should have the right to do whatever they want IF, they don't hurt anyone else.

If you disagree with smoking, stay out of restaurants that have smoking sections. Or shut the kcuf up. I am sick and tired of your and people like you whinning. If you really want something to get excited about check out the filth that comes out of your air conditioner.
As for swimming in a pool with other people, smokers or not, I'll let you do that , hctib about smokers and bathe and drink the filth.
OK we disagree on a couple of issues. So What? I am in favor of heavy taxation. I am sure you are also. SOOOOOOO let's tax smokers to the hilt. Oh my we have already done that haven't we? I know lets tax the fat *** people who eat too much!
Good? Tax booze $100 a fifth. Great idea huh? Tax owners of non fuel efficient cars, " THERE IS NO ONE THAT'S DUMBER THAN SOMEONE WHO DRIVES A HUMMER.". $10,000 per year! Yes!!!!!????? The list goes on. Most important though, lets tax people who say, WE HAVE A LITTLE CLUB AND BY GOD YOU ARE GOING TO JOIN.". Let's say, 10 billion dollars or death by firing squad. It has been an experience knowing you.
GOOD BYE

Perhaps it would be best for you to choose one of the many, many non smoking establishments. I am not sure where you are from, but many states do ban smoking not only in resteraunts and bars, but also within 100 feet of those establishments. People have been smoking for years in all kinds of places. Smokers are just about restricted to a glass cage as it is, so get over it. 20 minutes around a smoker in a properly ventilated resteraunt is not going to kill you. Some smokers are more rude than others, granted, but I am sick and tired of people like you telling your kids to cough at smokers and tell them its not nice to kill strangers with second hand smoke. Respect is respect. Try using some. I don't freak out and cover my nose and cough when your cologn/perfume is so overwhelmingly sucky that it makes me want to vomit, or when your child makes a stinky diaper in the resteraunt.

I personally don't agree with a smoking section in any building. The smell and dangers of the second hand smoke still gets loose on non smokers.
If I ran the country I would have made smoking as illegal as drugs.
as for a peeing section in a pool ewwwwwwwwwww

Finally, someone who thinks like I do. BRAVO!!!
Seriously, I am NOT making fun of you, I agree wholeheartedly.
If someone wants to smoke, they should eat at home. My sister is severely allergic to tobbaco.
Equal rights, my foot Krusd. Since when do Christians get equal rights with holidays and speaking and praying. Native americans get out of school for the holidays, and Muslims and Jews. We christians can't even pray in school without getting sent to the principles office.

You got that right! what's even worse is when they run out of tables for the smokers and a smoker sits in the non smoking section and lights up, you ask them nicely to put it out and they swear at you and tell you that smoker's have rights... like non smoker's don't have any rights.

*laughs* I know what you mean!
I wish restaurants could be allowed to go smoke-free on their own because people want it, without laws, but I do like a smoke-free restaurant MUCH better!

You got it. By the way....if there is nothing wrong with second-hand smoke, why do smokers drive with their car windows down?
