The whole process takes about 15 minutes. They give you a short test, take your picture, check your eyesight, and then give you a permit. Each state is different though. Good luck!!!!

In one try passed my written test. I recommend reading the required reading to pass before turning the age for a permit so you get it done and over with before Driver's Ed.

one try - i waited in line for a couple hours, then took about half an hour to take the multiple guess test

well... we had a course at school... but after i took the test it took about a week for it to get in.
