Just go to your doctor if you have insurance and if not usually the local health department will take care of it for you for free ( they also provide urine test, pap smears etc.) or on a sliding payment scale based on income. It is very confidential but I don't know how long it takes to get the results.

I went to my dr's today after taking 4 home pregnancy tests(all positive) to have it confirmed that I was pregnant. When I called the office they told me to come in and they would test me to confirm it so I assumed they would do labwork. But instead I had to pee in a cup which I thought was crazy since you can't tell anything more than positive or negative with a urine test. With the blood test they can atleast estimate how far along based on horomone levels. So instead I have an ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow... which seems like a year away.

Go to a local clinic like family planning and tell them what you need and why... You shouldn't have any problems.

Blood test for what? Are you already pregnant and needing a test? The doctor will refer you out to a lab if they don't do it in the office.

You know pregnancy tests at the doctor's office are urine, not blood, right?

You would talk to your doctor and tell him what the symptoms are that would require you to have a blood test.

planned parenthood or any community clinic will help you out, and usually payment is made with a sliding scale depending on your income. Age can be a factor so check with the clinic you use.
