Could you get liposuction on your feet? Or can you make them smaller in any way?

It's really not important that you are fat and have long feet. It's a matter of how big is your heart and what kind of self concept you have. Funny thing, if you develop a good self concept and a positive attitude you will discover that no one really notices the fat or the feet. :)
