Rent a party bus for her and all her friends, well her 21 and older friends anyway. My husband's friend is going into the National Guard and his sister rented a party bus for him. Apparently, you can find them through companies that rent limo's. They come stocked full of stuff to drink and they will drive you to wherever you want to go. So no drunk driving, and everyone can have a good time.

It would be great if you could get a big table in a popular bar to have a dinner party. I am turning 21 in January and the big excitement for me is that I am finally allowed in the bar-- PA has strict blue laws. Having a bunch of friends have fun in a hot spot is great. If you plan it for 7, you can be out of there before it is too wild and it will be a ton of fun.

Good Luck!

shes going to college at 21?

anyways, get beer, invite alot of friends, dont be part of the party, maybe get someone popular to perform, or someone your daughter is a fan of. though this can be expensive or maybe impossible.

I would throw her a surprise party. Rent a hall with a dance floor and get a DJ and invite whom ever.

Ask her what she wants. That'll ensure she is happy on her special day.
