how do i remove the on-time box from my car?

when you make your car payment they give you a code to type in, but i filied them in my bankrupty, now i need to know how to remove the box so i can drive the vechile again.

I know but I cannot tell you. You should pay for your things and that would not happen. two words ignition interrupt
