My neighbor's dog keeps coming into my yard to do the #2, what do I do to make him stop?

I've told my heighbor to make his dog poop in his own yard, but I think he sends that dog to my yard on purpose. I have 3 kids, and when they play outside, they always land on the poop. I dont have a dog, so do you think the best way to get even is to start throwing my 1 year olds dirty pampers on his yard?

You obviously know dogs as you have your own and do doggy dare care etc.. So you should know this in no way is the dogs fault, the dogs all live outside, therefore they are being left out of the family, the owners probably don't walk them and probably pay them little to no attention. Speak with the owners again, try the owners that are trying to keep their dog away first. Explain that you run a doggy day care business, offer to walk the dogs if you have the time or if you want to, when walking your dogs just take them with you (obviously speak to the owners first) offer to help out, say you will have the dogs for the day and maybe knock the price down a little. The Lab Pit mix sounds a bit of a handful, it has obviously been left to it's own devices and never had appropriate training or socialization. The only other thing you could do is speak with a local animal shelter or RSPCA. Tell them the dogs constantly get out and are always at risk or getting killed or hit by a car, injured etc. I don't know what they would do but they might give the owners a warning, they may take the dogs if they aren't being looked after properly. Saying that, you should definitely try to help out the dogs (if you want to) first. Just remember it's the owners fault not the dogs. Good luck! This definitely sounds annoying.

Call your local animal shelter to complain.
Sometimes these calls are filtered through your local police dept.
The Animal Control Officer can come out and issue a summons.
They will take the dog away if it continues. Usually after 3 calls, they won't get it back.
There just isn't any excuse for an irresponsible pet owner.

Pick up the dog poo and shove it down your neighbors throat. That should catch his attention and make him keep his dog on his side, BUT just to give you heads up, this could also get you into a little trouble, Let me know how things go.

call animal control...if the dog is roaming they will catch it! and then the owner will get sick of paying the animal control fee's HAHA.. tell them you dont know if the dog is nice or mean but he keeps coming in your yard and you have three small children.
